Return and Cancellation of order
RETURN
ENROZ reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request. Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 7 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at +977 9801963490
- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened we can not return the item.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please notify us either by phone +977 9801969490 or email marketing@enroz.com . If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. When a conformed order is cancelled, 3% Bank charge is deducted from the payment made by the costumer.You can cancel the order within 12 hours.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
